Ten years ago, from the partnership between Uberti and Weyermann®, Eraclea Malt was born: a tribute to Italian soil and uncompromising quality. However, on this tenth anniversary, we're not just celebrating a grain of barley; we're celebrating the extraordinary skill of Italian brewers, who inspired this malt. People who have reinterpreted historical styles to create an entirely new line of products, transforming a niche sector into a globally recognized and beloved reality for its product quality. This Project is a tribute to artisanal creativity, to those who dare to experiment, and to a production philosophy that has given a distinctive flavor to national brewing pride.
