Investing in Innovation: Beer&Food Attraction dedicates a special exhibition area entirely to innovation — a true innovation hub designed to spotlight all the companies that continuously invest in Research & Development, driving progress and ongoing improvement in the Food & Beverage sector.
This space is the Innovation District: set to become the beating heart of innovation and a launchpad for professional exchange and groundbreaking projects.
With the goal of boosting the physical and digital presence of innovative projects, Beer&Food Attraction strengthens its role as an incubator by confirming the Start-Up Area — designed to create new business opportunities and foster dialogue between established companies and emerging entrepreneurial ventures.
This exhibition space, both physical and virtual, is developed in collaboration with ANGI – National Association of Young Innovators and ITA – Italian Trade Agency. It is entirely dedicated to innovative start-ups and young Italian enterprises offering technologies, services, and solutions for the Out of Home sector.
All exhibiting companies will be able to get involved and participate in a real competition, the Lorenzo Cagnoni Award, which will reward, after a selection by the Evaluation Committee, the 6 most innovative projects at the fair in the following categories:
