Saturday       14th February 2026  7.00am - 06.00pm: Reserved exclusively for exhibitors, final work of positioning samples on display, access by standfitters and stand building work is not allowed.

During the setting up times cars are not allowed to enter the fairground.
Cars must park in East 3 and South 1-2 parking area
For discharge of materials is available a hand trolley service with a deposit of € 100.00 and maximum for 60 minutes.

Delivery Service

In the EAST 3 and SOUTH 2 park areas is available a free “delivery service”.
Items must:

• Be already packaged (otherwise they cannot be moved)
• Be Maximum 15Kg. each
• To contain a label with company name, pavilion and stand number.

Your items will be delivered to your stand without additional costs.
The service is free and available the day 14 February, hours 7am – 5pm and 15 February, hours 8am-1pm

Removal of samples from the stand
 

Reserved exclusively for exhibitors
Tuesday 17th February 2026
06.00pm - 08.00pm - removal of samples by hand
08.00pm - 10.00pm - booking loading slots alongside halls for trucks, artics and vans.

STAFF REGISTRATION

It is necessary to register all the people who will have to access the district during the set-up phases. Registration must be done in the "LOGISTICS - STAFF REGISTRATION" section in the exhibitor reserved area; after registration, print the relevant pass with QR code and present it to the staff present at the entrances.
For dismantling, the same passes used in setting up can be used.

It is possible to activate the technical profile for your standfitter so that he can independently access his area where he can register staff, to book the slot, upload your stand design and your certifications. To activate the profile, click on the profiles icon in your reserved area at the top right and then "Add Profiles".

SLOT BOOKING

The entry into the district of the vehicles that have to unload during the setting up times is subject to the reservation of the "slot" which can be made from the "LOGISTICS - SLOT BOOKING" section in the exhibitor reserved area; after booking, print the relevant pass with QR code and present it at the check-in area.

CHECK-IN AREA

The check-in for vans, trucks and artics with bookings is in the EAST 4 car parking area.

Once you arrive in  the check-in area,  the entrance pass with QR code must be shown to our staff. Our staff will check the booking information and tell you to proceed to the expo centre entrance gate as soon as your slot is free.
