Blue Blazer will bring to the stage a focus dedicated to new Mixology trends at a European level, with the participation of exceptional guests and authoritative international journalists. Following this, the 2026 edition of the guide to the best cocktail bars in Italy will be presented, along with the related awards ceremony. The following speakers will take the stage:
