ITALIAN CUISINE CHAMPIONSHIPS - BEST PROFESSIONAL LADY CHEF

The Italian Cuisine Championships are the most important event in terms of national culinary competitions and are organized by the Italian Chefs Federation. Now in their 10th edition, they will take place in the FIC Arena (pavilion B3).

This is a highly anticipated event with an international flavor that has for years received important recognition from Worldchefs, the global chefs' organization of which FIC is a member and one of the most active associations. For this reason, and due to the many events planned for this year, we can speak of an international event, starting with the scheduled competitions. Indeed, there are many new features and contests planned for 2026 as well, which represent an extraordinary showcase for global restauration.
