ITALIAN CUISINE CHAMPIONSHIPS - BEST STUDENT FROM HOTEL MANAGEMENT INSTITUTES

FIC Arena - Hall B3

National final in which all enrolled students from the third, fourth and fifth year of the enogastronomy program - culinary sector, who have passed the regional selections, participate. Each participant must present a "Starter". It is mandatory to use: Desalted Icelandic Cod fillet as the main component of the dish. Each selected student must be assisted by an accompanying teacher who may provide suggestions during the competition.
