ITALIAN CUISINE CHAMPIONSHIPS - GOURMET STREET FOOD

FIC Arena - Hall B3

Each Team must present a savory street food preparation made for a total of 97 portions. In addition to Pecorino Romano cheese, it is mandatory to include an element that relates to a local specialty and is prepared with an innovative concept. The preparation must then have technical characteristics attributable to professional catering. The Teams will have to set up and organize the competition box from a scenic and operational perspective, to manage the distribution and sale of the product.
