ITALIAN CUISINE CHAMPIONSHIPS - RESTAURANT PASTRY K2 INDIVIDUAL AREA

The Italian Cuisine Championships are the most important event in terms of national culinary competitions and are organized by the Italian Chefs Federation. Now in their 10th edition, they will take place in the FIC Arena (pavilion B3).

This is a highly anticipated event with an international character that has for years obtained important recognition from Worldchefs, the world organization of chefs, of which FIC is a member and one of the most active associations within it. For this reason, and for the many events scheduled this year, we can speak of an international event, starting with the competitions on the program. There are indeed many new features and contests planned for 2026 as well, which represent an extraordinary showcase for global restaurant industry.
