ITALIAN CUISINE CHAMPIONSHIPS - RESTAURANT PASTRY K2 INDIVIDUALS

The Italian Cuisine Championships are the most important event in terms of national culinary competitions and are organized by the Italian Chefs Federation. Now in their 10th edition, they will take place in the FIC Arena (pavilion B3).

This is a highly anticipated event with an international flavor that has for years received important recognition from Worldchefs, the global organization of chefs, of which FIC is a part and within which it is one of the most active associations. For this reason, and for the many events scheduled this year, we can speak of an international event, starting with the competitions on the program. Indeed, for 2026 as well, there are many new features and contests planned, which represent an extraordinary showcase for world cuisine.
