ITALIAN CUISINE CHAMPIONSHIPS - SIGNATURE STREET FOOD

FIC Arena - Hall B3

Each Team must present a savory street food preparation made for a total of 97 portions. It is mandatory to include, in addition to Pecorino Romano, an element within the preparation that relates to a territorial typicality and is elaborated with an innovative concept. The preparation must then have technical characteristics attributable to professional catering. The Teams will have to set up and organize the competition box from a scenographic and operational point of view, to manage the distribution and sale of the product.
