ITALIAN CUISINE CHAMPIONSHIPS - SIGNATURE STREET FOOD

The Italian Cuisine Championships are the most important event in terms of national culinary competitions and are organized by the Italian Chefs Federation. Now in their 10th edition, they will take place in the FIC Arena (pavilion B3).

It is a highly anticipated event of international caliber that has for years received important recognition from Worldchefs, the global chefs' organization of which FIC is a part and within which it is one of the most active associations. For this reason, and due to the many events scheduled this year, we can speak of an international event, starting with the competitions on the program. Indeed, there are many new features and contests planned for 2026 as well, which represent an extraordinary showcase for global restaurant industry.
