ITALIAN CUISINE CHAMPIONSHIPS - VEGAN HOT CUISINE K3 - MONTOSCO PROFESSIONAL AREA INDIVIDUAL

Each participant must present a lacto-ovo-vegetarian "Starter". It is mandatory to use one or more products that will aim to enhance the dish conceived and created, choosing from the following Montosco Professional products: Smoked black pepper, Beetroot powder, Tropea onion flakes.
