ITALIAN CUISINE CHAMPIONSHIPS - VEGAN HOT CUISINE K3 - MONTOSCO PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL

The Italian Cuisine Championships are the most important event in national culinary competitions and are organized by the Italian Chefs Federation. Now in their 10th edition, they will take place in the FIC Arena (pavilion B3).

This is a highly anticipated event with an international flavor that has for years obtained the important recognition from Worldchefs, the global chefs' organization of which FIC is a part and within which it is one of the most active associations. For this reason, and for the many events planned this year, we can speak of an international event, starting with the competitions scheduled. Indeed, there are many new features and contests planned for 2026 as well, which represent an extraordinary showcase for global restaurant industry.
