Treated tap water served in restaurants is a phenomenon that mineral water producers and distributors need to examine with the utmost attention, considering the importance of the mineral water category in out-of-home consumption. The talk will be opened by Andrea Manusardi, Senior Director at IPSOS/DOXA, who will present research on consumer perception of microfiltered water served in restaurants and how the way water is offered impacts the customer experience and the image of establishments.
Following this, there will be a debate with managers from the mineral water industry, offering proposals and solutions to address the microfiltered water phenomenon and ensure that the criticalities that emerged from the research are addressed.
