Beer, with its extraordinary variety of flavors and nuances, can become the perfect pairing to enhance any dish, opening up new perspectives in food pairing. At an event organized by AssoBirra in collaboration with the Federazione Italiana Cuochi, beer sommelier Fabio Mondini will present various types of beer, selected to best highlight the flavors and characteristics of three dishes, prepared live by Executive Chef Antonio Danise.
