CERB, a research institute of the University of Perugia, has been supporting the sector for over twenty years by carrying out scientific research, training, analysis, and technical consultancy. In this brief talk, we will present our activities and research lines, sharing the main challenges we have faced in our daily experience alongside breweries and future strategies to support the beer supply chain.
