THE TAX REGIME OF SPIRITS AND THE ACTIVITY OF ADM CERT

The Customs and Monopolies Agency will provide an overview of the tax regulations applicable to spirits, with particular focus on fiscal obligations and authorization regimes that govern their production, circulation, and commercialization.
The procedures related to assessment and control in this specific sector will also be illustrated, along with an in-depth look at the role of ADM Cert in the certification activities and quality protection of spirits in compliance with European regulations.

The speakers will be Rocco Tisto, Head of the Authorizations, Acts, and Accounting Area of the ADM Romagna 2 Office in Rimini, and Manuela Panzalorto, Director of the Bologna Laboratory Office.
