2025 has been a challenging year to interpret regarding out-of-home consumption. For the first time since the pandemic, we are recording negative growth rates. Consumers are dealing with the rising cost of living and, in the face of uncertainty, are limiting their out-of-home presence. Given these premises, what are the future prospects? What opportunities exist for beer and food outside the home? Matteo Figura, Executive Director Foodservice, will discuss these topics with the support of Circana data that monitor consumption trends and habits.
