Our Pilsner is a modern reworking of the classic style with the use of dry hopping. The recipe is simple: Pilsner malt and top-grade whole hops, combined in a painstaking, patient production process.
Lengthy low-temperature fermentation, lengthy cold maturing and dry hopping with Spalter Select after fermentation provide a fine, complex aroma profile and a clean, refreshing flavour with a cloudburst of hop fragrances.
