About the product

Quality Sparkling Wine, Traditional Method, 2020. Made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, it shows a lovely yellow color with golden highlights and fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose it is fragrant and complex, with floral hints of elderflower and acacia, and warm notes of chamomile, honey, and bread crust. On the palate it is dry, warm, and harmonious, with balanced, refreshing acidity and a long, persistent finish.
