About the product

Hop shoots are harvested in spring, washed, cold-dried (37°C), and ground into a powder like flour. Gluten-free. Add 2% to 10% to dough. Ideal for pizza, pinsa (pint-shaped pasta), bread, biscuits, and even fresh or dried pasta. In collaboration with Frutta Sé of Faenza (RA) and Packtin (RE). Organic hop shoot flour is vacuum-packed in triplex aluminum foil, in 50g, 200g, and 500g packages, up to 5kg.
