Our Rosso Asolo DOC is made from a blend of red grapes (from Virginia and Vigneto delle Rose, cellar). There are 4,500 vines per hectare, the soil is clayey and the grapes are grown using the Guyot system. The grapes are harvested in crates and then macerated on the skins for 17 days. After racking, the wine is stored in stainless steel tanks for the first 4 months and then in oak barrels for 18-24 months.
