BioZhero is an Italian startup that valorizes by-products from the brewing industry by transforming them into high-value functional ingredients. Through innovative upcycling processes, we develop solutions for human, sports, and animal nutrition, creating a new sustainable value chain for upcycled foods. In 2026, we will launch our first production facility, funded through a European grant for innovative startups.
