Lorenzo Querci

Lorenzo Querci was born in 1992 in Siena. He grew up among the tables of his family's restaurant, which ignited in him a deep passion for the world of hospitality. After obtaining a law degree from Bocconi University and a period of study in Hong Kong, Lorenzo decided to follow his roots and dedicate himself to the hospitality sector. In 2019, Lorenzo founded Moebius in Milan, a unique venue that combines excellent mixology, live jazz music, a vinyl shop, and two high-level restaurants, both led by chef Enrico Croatti. The Tapa Bistrot offers sharing plates with international influences, while the Experimental Restaurant features award-winning avant-garde cuisine, earning its first Michelin star in the 2025 Guide. In December 2024, Lorenzo Querci inaugurated Lubna and Magma, creating a new creative hub that combines cuisine, cocktails, art, and experimentation. Lubna, a listening restaurant bar, and Magma, an event space, continue the avant-garde vision already initiated with Moebius, maintaining a strong connection with the industrial and authentic identity of the place. Lorenzo has established himself as one of the most enlightened young entrepreneurs in the international hospitality scene. Moebius has been recognized globally, ranking 38th in the World's 50 Best Bars 2024, 43rd in the Top500Bars list of 2024, and earning a Michelin star in the 2025 Michelin Guide. In July 2025, it also received the "Best International Restaurant Bar" award at Tales of the Cocktail, one of the most prestigious recognitions in the global bar industry. In the same year, Lorenzo was ranked 69th in the Bar World 100 – The Industry's Most Influential Figures 2025, published by Drinks International. In October 2025, Moebius ranked 7th in the World's 50 Best Bars 2025 list and also won the Highest Climber award.
