The Pignoletto DOC, made from 100% Grechetto Gentile, expresses elegance, aromatic intensity and balance. The complex bouquet blends floral, fruity and citrus notes with delicate spicy and mineral nuances. The palate is vibrant, dry and persistent, with fresh acidity and a distinctive slightly bitter finish. A wine of great personality and refinement, perfectly suited to intense flavours, white truffle, white meats and baked fish.
