THE INNOVATION THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE IN THE OUT-OF-HOME
Lorenzo Cagnoni Award 2026, realised in partnership with ANGI - Associazione Nazionale Giovani Innovatori (National Association of Young Innovators) and ICE - Italian Trace Agency, rewarded the most innovative ideas in the Out of Home sector.
The initiative was conceived for all those realities that for years have been committed to developing increasingly innovative products and proposing cutting-edge services, thus contributing to the progress and continuous improvement of the Food & Beverage sector.
All projects were assessed by a specially formed Evaluation Committee.

PRODUCT Name: ETHOS X Line Innovative ‘True Hopping’ hopping technique
COMPANY Name: Milestone
True HoppingTM is an innovative beer hopping technology that allows breweries to selectively extract hop essential oils using solvent-free microwave extraction. It improves aroma control, production yield, and the overall sustainability of the brewing process. The technology is suitable for craft and medium-scale breweries, for the production of both hopped and non-hopped beers.
