Our Cacc’e Mmitte is a tribute to the rural
traditions of Lucera. It is crafted from a blend
of indigenous grape varieties Uva di Troia,
Bombino Bianco, and Montepulciano grown
on limestone rich soils. The wine is fermented and aged first in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels then in the bottle.
With its deep ruby-red color, offers vibrant and persistent
aromas of wild berries and spices.
On the palate, it is harmonious, rounded, and
well-structured, with a soft and refined tannic texture.
