Cantine Cappabianca was founded in Lucera, in the Daunia area (northern part of Puglia) between the Gargano and the Sub-Apennines. Since 2013, Mauro and Fabio Cappabianca, both oenologists, have managed every stage of production, from vineyard to bottling. Native grapes such as Nero di Troia, Falanghina, Fiano, and Bombino are crafted into vintage and reserve wines, combining tradition, innovation, and a strong focus on vineyard quality.
